14th September 2019 Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and crispy. Light creamy malts, nice. Hops bring smooth pine and just a nice juicy touch of that Idaho 7 tropical fruit goodness. Smooth citrus, soft orange. A little itchy hop. Smooth finish. Nicely done, hides the abv very well and goes down easy.

440ml can at home. Pours a pleasant bright and hazy yellow gold, thick white head. Nose is slightly muted tangerine and pineapple with a slight bit of pear and sweet malt. Flavour is also slightly watered pineapple with smooth tropical fruit. Nice delicate mouthfeel but none of the bitterness that is expected and desired from a DIPA.

Fluffy yellowish head over fully hazy orange-ochre beer. Bit dulled exotic fruit aromas, with chalk, rainwater and some exotic spices. Lots of meaty esters at first, lightly smoked even. Gets a sweeter tastes and body eventually, bit banana-like or orange. Gradually however, the hops build up, leaving finally a more bitter, exotic fruit character. Bit chewy feel, good carbonation, long lasting flavours. Not só special in the end.

Can at home ... Jack Leach 1*, 25/08/19. Hazed orange golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is orange peel, caramel malts, old skool aromas, grass, pine resin. Taste comprises orange pith, pine needle, grass, guava, melon, mango pulp. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with lightly aggressive juicy hop bitterness. Solid DIPA... nice easy drinker.

Can from Honest Brew. Hazy golden body with a thick off-white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of overripe tangerine and dried grass. Flavour of orange jelly, honey and marmalade. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. I expected better. This is disjointed and a poor version of Of Foam And Fury.

Can big thanks to Steve. It pours cloudy bright gold with a decent foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, sweet, juicy, juicy fruits chewing, um bungo, tropical fruit punch and bubblegum. The taste is crisp, green, weedy, pine, a touch butter, sticky, pithy citrus, fairly sweet, creamy, peppery spice, papaya, nectarine and orange creamsicle with a bit of boozy warmth through the finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Nice NE style IPA.

Tap at Kaapse festival. Hazy yellow golden with white head. Thick dank juicy hops, sugary oats, light alcohol, pineapple, papaya, bitter fruit skins. Quite sweet and bitter. Over medium bodied with boozy finish. Bit too boozy.
