500mL bottle, undated as far as I can tell, drunk 2/2/24. Clear, deep bronze. No head, fizzling out immediately. Caramelized ginger with lemony herbal notes and more chicory and caramel on the finish. Some specks of lactic acidity but somewhat light on the culture. Clean. Malty, tart, ginger-forward but not dominated. Lots of chicory character. Mixed culture is round, mellow, pleasingly tart. Caramel and malt sugars abound creating a great balance. Ginger is lovely. Upped my score by the end of the bottle. The flavors are really well-done, especially for its size.

Bottle. A- Floral, ginger, earthy. A- Gold color, clear liquid, minimal white head. T- Ginger, floral, bright. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Another weird one. I like these hop free sours though. Lots of grass and prairie flower aromas on the nose. Might need an allergy pill after this one.

Thanks to explosivedog: pours copper with white head. Aroma is flowers and loads of ginger. Taste is artisinal ginger ale. Weird.

Bottle, at share, thanks to me. Pours orange. Ginger, floral, earthy, sour, funk, strong ginger. More like a tonic than a beer. Medium body. Decent.

Bottle. Pours a clear copper with an orange hue and a white head that starts at the edges and dissipates completely. Aroma has tart lime, flora and ginger with a bit of a light earthy funk underlying. Flavor has a nice floral funk and ginger note with a strong sour lime note growing through the finish.

500 ml bottle. Aroma is very floral, spicy ginger, apple cider vinegar, fresh cut grass. Pours hazy orange with a one finger bone-white head that settles into a ring after a minute. Taste is highly sour (10/10) and acidic with flavors of dandelion and ginger and sour culture. Another crazy beer from Scratch that works despite every evidence to the contrary when reading the label.
