375ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Oct 20. Hazed gold with small white head. Aroma has breezy wild elements, lightly floral. Subdued orchard must and farm meadows with soft citrus notes. Interesting, lightly fruity but leaves the impression that it lacks the spark and bright wild edge of its counterparts.

Bottle from Craftsman Company, Aberdeen. It pours clear orangey - amber with a small bubbly white head. The aroma is musty, funky, barnyard, damp leaves, earthy, over-ripe stone fruits, oak, spice, floral notes and tang. The taste is firmly dry, sweet - sour, dry oak, funk, hay, barnyard, spice, musty basement, dried apricot, dried orange, touch of tannin and earth with a dry finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and oily mouth feel. Interesting stuff, could be more bright and carbonated. Funky.
