Brewed with our friends from Collective Arts Hamilton Canada. A grist of Extra Pale, Wheat & Flaked Oats for a soft malt profile. For the whirlpool we went classic West COast with Chinook, Columbus & Centennial leading the way. In the dry hop, Citra, Sabro and Chinook combine for pineapple and coconut aromatics with hints of dankness.

Keg at goose Island Shoreditch. A translucent golden yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is massive juicy Sabro white grape, grape jelly, mixed tropicals, citrus. Flavour is composed of soft bready grains, soft wheat, big Sabro, grape jelly, juicy, mango, white grape, hints of coconut and dill. Good. Palate is semi sweet z light resin, sticky hop, highish carbonation. Very good indeed.

Can. This is hazy neipa why? Brewer doesn’t say so, no mention of NE yeast, so it’s a hazy neipa because it’s hazy? Fucksake! Hazy gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Slightly soft malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Piney hops into a light marmalade vibe that goes well with the Sabro coconut and touches of hop spice and bitterness. Nice, goes down easy.
