Well it would be rude not to, wouldn’t it? After absolutely overwhelming feedback to DDH Spur back in early July, we immediately fastracked another of the original three Augment beers into TIPA mode, with Patternist lined up next. Arguably the most underrated of the original three, but scoring mega points for its simple, unfussy hop bill and ornate tile artwork, we’ve supercharged the hop bill on this incredible beer to an insane 60kg of El Dorado and Simcoe. Much like its upscaled sibling, this beer is about one thing and one thing only; pure and unadulterated juice. Next to zero bitterness, just straight up mango, passionfruit, and papaya to the max. Insane.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Heavy amlty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter fantastic flavor. Long great heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Great.

Can from The Fuss Club. Stone fruits & citrus aromas, quite herby. Taste is pineapple, peach puree, grapefruit, pithy orange. Thick boozy juicy mouthfeel. Humungously hoppy finish. Nose ain't up to much but the taste more than makes up for it.

Аромат просто сногшибательный. Просто тонна манго прежде всего, но при этом очень нежно, почти кремово и без резкости. Также на месте ананас, персики и маракуйя с киви. Тонна хмеля в общем. Цвет очень мутный, при этом яркий даже, пенка средняя, держится не долго, мыльная по сути. Вкус сильный от хмеля но при этом кремовый в меру и нежный, хотя нотка от травянистости все же появляется иногда. Снова много манго и персиков с маракуя. При глотке умеренная сухость и много дополнительной кремовости, но без зерна. Очень фруктовое, почти мульти фруктовое, даже бананы появляются как будто как ассоциация. Просто топовая Нью Ингланд, еще бы полностью убрать травы.

Vi er samlet igjen til Mi2 i trygge og gemyttelige omgivelser på Cardinal. Jeg spenner setebeltet for min rating nr. 13.000 (!), som kommer fra en 0,44 boks: uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Honning, søte appelsiner, granskudd, mango og ananas. Velbalansert, saftig og farlig lettdrikkelig. Midt i blinken for engler og hedonister.

440 ml can, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 10.0%. Murky yellow to orange colour, moderate white head. Pleasant aroma of apricots and tropical fruits. Good mouthfeel, not too alcoholic. Medium sweet flavour, again notes of apricots and tropical fruits, also some citrus, a moderate piney bitterness in the finish. A truly enjoyable beer!

Can at home, 21st November 2020. Pours a hazy orange. Aroma is musky tropical fruit and citrus. Taste is intense overripe mango, pineapple and fruit salad, fizzy ripeness, pretty sweet, maybe too much, then there is a bitter relief and slight dank grapefruit and slight bitter tingle in the finish. It’s a beast, very good and heady
