A West Coast IPA inspired by California’s pioneers. This beer calls back to the Golden State’s craft brewing heritage. A staple symbol of a modern movement. Classically bitter and quenching with a strong malt backbone to complement.

Clear golden, white head. Floral, piney aroma, honey, sweet wood and fruit, some tea notes. Sweetish flavour, honey, mild tropical fruit, a little pine and malt. A bit odd at first, but really nice after all.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Bottle Apostle, South Hackney. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. Medium sweet, with good notes of oily pine, semi-ripe citrus, supportive sun-kissed malts, a hint of honey, papaya. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Lightly warming finish, some piney resin, decent bitterness, more bready malts, citrus fruits. Really good.
