Tap at Grand. Pours pale golden with white head. Nose is resinous hops, some honey amd light booze. Taste is pretty much the same; sharp bitterness and mellow sweetness. I’m down with simple, but it’s kinda empty tbh.

440ml can shared with Steinar at Piccadilly Pub in Bodø. Next to clear golden body, remaining white head, dotted spots on the glass. Inviting, fresh citrus aromas. The taste profile follows suit with citrus drops, moments of lemon and grapefruits. Rounded resinous fruity bitterness to the ending. Fine bodied. Likable.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Trembling Madness online. Pours clear gold with a fluffy, pure white head. Very nice overall, some good piney character, bit of resin, grass, rindy citrus, background pale bread. Medium to full bodied, lightly chewy, with fine carbonation. Lightly resinous finish, hints of warmth, more piney notes, citrus fruit, soft grassy bitterness. Hits the West Coast style box squarely. Solid.

Can at home in the garden with a BBQ, again! 24th April 2020. Pours clear, aroma is aromatic and light pith. Taste is sweet and some bitterness, not as dank and bitter, as I expected, light pine, not enough. It’s a good beer, but I expected more
