Can from Geers. Hazy ochre, stable, frothy, white head. Aroma of ripe mandarin, yellow nectarine, pineapple, melon, rambutan, overripe apricot somewhere, vague diesel, vague wet cloth when warming up. Taste has sweetish pineapple, mandarin & rambutan, sourish zesty accent, bitter middle of citrus peel & mango; ends floral hoppy with lots of tropical fruit, a bit dank and a bit spicy-yeasty which feels out of place. Medium body, slick/oily texture, average carbonation. Hoppy alright but there's also something dirty to it, drink it fresh (and cold).

Although NEIPA has fallen slightly out of my favour somewhat this is a good one. There's a solid bitter finish behind fresh and juicy citrusy grapefruit.

33cl can, BB 14/07/2021.

22/I/21 - 33cl can from De Hopduvel (Gent), shared @ home, BB: 14/VII/22 (2021-71)

Little cloudy bright yellow beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: very floral, bit soapy, very hoppy, cheesy touch, some tropical fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter, pretty soapy, floral, very dry and bitter, almost medicinal, sweaty feet. Aftertaste: tropical fruits, resinous hops, very bitter, hoppy, medicinal bitterness, dry, meh. I was really expecting more from BBP, especially with a name like this...
