From cask at Gypsy Hill taproom with during a food festival and concert with Mike’s band 12.04.25. Cloudy pale straw colour. White head is diminishing to nothing. Aroma and taste of cider apples, apple peel, tannins and leather.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo. Cheers! Very lively as is erupted out of the sample bottle. Aroma of apple and brown sugar. Very carbonated with hints of spice coming through. Too carbonated for me.

(Draught at Mother Kelly's, Bethnal Green, London, 26 Nov 2022) Hazy golden colour with brief head. Fruity nose with apples, honey and grass. Fruity, tart taste with notes of yellow apples, grass, honey, citrus and a slightly sweetish finish with a gentle acidity. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Nice one.

30/7/2021. From BIAB at the Redoubt Beer Festival, Harwich. Pours slightly hazy pale amber with minimal head. Aroma of moderately sweet apple, touch of caramel. Medium sweetness, moderate tart. Moderate body, slight oily watery texture, average carbonation. Dry finish. Quite drinkable.

BIAB at York Beer & Cider Festival 2019. Medium dry, mislabelled as Sahara. Hazy golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, juicy with some woody notes and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite drinkable

Bottle from the producer's own stand at the Bath Christmas Market. A cloudy yellow cider that tastes of toffee up front, with dry rustic apple skins coming through. Ok cider, quite smooth but a bit sweet for my liking.

Cask at the Euston tap east. A translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a loose white head that fades. Aroma is clean semi sweet apple juice, little plastic notes. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, clean apple. Juice, little pithy apple skin, finishes with a mellow tang. Palate is still, pithy, little tannin in the finish. Good stuff.
