500ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pale clear straw colour, a few bubbles on top. Aroma of green apples, apple peel, light funk. Taste is apple core, peel, light tanginess, medium dry Its nice if a bit unexciting.

500ml bottle. Pours a clear gold. Aroma of accessible medium apple fruit, pleasantly sweet. Balanced flavour profile, gently sweet with juicy hints, perhaps a light woody hint, floral moments with a sticky finish. Has a backsweetened feel, but overall a pleasant rounded cider.

500ml bottle from Broom Hill Farmshop, Bishop Auckland. Golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of tangy apple, hint of sulphur. Taste is slightly tart, apple, some core, hint of funk and light acidity, alittle tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite OK
