75cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - a very slight hint of carbonation on opening, but not much. Yellow. Nose - funky pear skin, bruised brown pear. Taste - the pear is fresher this time, but with very high acid. There's still a funky edge. Palate - close to medium bodied, long and tangy through middle and finish. Overall - some good complexity coming through. Great stuff.
