Bottle from the Bierothek Mรผnchen, shared with Jonas. Hazy orange body, some off-white head. Apple aroma, light apple vinegar / fermentation notes, light brown sugar. Fresh, sparkling body, good bite, nice sweetish light apple taste, quite enjoyable despite its simplicity.

14/3/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours slightly hazy golden orange with a short lasting white head. Aroma is quite a pungent, funky, mucky, fruity apple. Medium plus sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Sweet dry finish. Grower.

500ml bottle. Golden amber colour, short-lived white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is fruity, apple, musty & fleshy, slightly tart, with red apple notes and some earthy tannin. Medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.
