330 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Kvadrat. ABV is 8.6%, IBU 32. Deep reddish brown colour, small off-white to beige head. Aroma of caramel, dark syrup and dust. The flavour has a distinct caramel sweetness, but is not cloying. Also notes of dark syrup and dark dried fruits. Moderate hops in the finish.

Can. Clear reddish-brown body under a moderate sized, lacing tan head. Aroma has caramel, bread dough, apple-pie, nuts and some dry fruit. Taste is sweet but not overwhelming sweet caramel malt, dough, apple and fruit. Medium body and nice aftertaste. A funny but not stupid take on the pastry thing. Nice one.

KYGGK 120920. Dark amber color with a beige head. Aroma is alcohol, caramel, roasted malt. Flavor is alcohol, caramel, pine, grapefruit, nuts, bread, toffee, dried fruits, chocolate. Nice beer.

Can. A clear dark amber colored beer with a small dark beige head leaving lacing. The aroma has lots of nuts, bread and toffee, with some dried fruits. It's full to medium bodied, smooth and lightly warming. Toffee, some chocolate, nuts and bread, dark dried fruits and alcohol in the flavor, lasting for a good while. A decent scotch ale. 200912

Mørk brun med noe rødskjær. Beige skum. Lukter kandissukker, maltekstrakt, nøtter og noe sjokolade og kaffe. Fyldig. Maltig sødme. Kandis, brent karamell, knekk, mørkt brød, nøtter, dadler og alkohol. Spar et par til jul.
