Sample bouteille 75cl @ Dunham total take-over @ La Fruitière.
Couleur pourpre, col fin rosé foncée.
Arôme est fruité, bouquet frais de framboise noire tout en ayant ce léger parfum de mûre et fruits des bois, je retrouve aussi un effet un peu boite d'élastique en tout rétro-nasal. Le volet berline est quasi absent, rien en terme de ce côté lactique-aigre.
Palais est faiblard en terme de berliner, sans le savoir, je n'y aurais même rien noté. Pas mal du fruité de la framboise noire, me^me ici à juste 100g/litre, cela reste délicat, et de l’aveu du brasseur, le but n'est pas de noyer tout cela dans le fruit. Rétro un peu sur le grains, voire même une pointe de chocolat.
Super intéressant et une première pour moi de goûter des framboises noires. Note totale diminuée, car pas une Berliner pour moi.

(On tap @ Witchstock 2018, Toronto, Sept 29/18) Pours clear deep purple-red with a fizzy pink head. Notes of piles of fresh raspberries that are a little sweet and moderate plus tart, backed by zippy lactic acid, lemon, dried herbs, faint earth, a little wheat, long fruity finish with a little berry pip and earth. Light-ish body and fairly soft smooth carbonation. The fruit is intense here and that's really nice, but I prefer my fruited Berliners a touch less acidic. It's still pretty quenching and palate-cleansing for all its raspberry heft.

Good stuff. Lots of raspberry. Pours ruby clear red with ok pink head. Some bread yeast vibe. Like the Miami weisses but not quite as fruity intense. Tangy end. Tap at Curious Cafe.

Süffiger, stark saurer Beginn. Vollmundig, natürlich nach Himbeeren. Intensiv, konstante Säure, langer fruchtiger Nachhall. Sehr gut. 11/12/13/13//13

Bright raspberries. Cloudy red with a decent white head. Bright berry, nice sweetness and a tart finish. Solid.

Sampled at Billie's 2018. Deep red colour. Aroma and flavour have lots of fresh, fruity raspberry. Really clean and easy to drink.

Thanks! Sampled draft @ Billie’s Beer Festival 2018. Day 2. Bright red. Nose is low acidic lemon and explosive raspberry. Massively acidic but also very tasty huge raspberry, lemon, acidic. Lemon juice body. Basically super tasty raspberry vinegar, love it.

Clear deep ruby red beer, small creamy pink head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: lots and lots of raspberries, bit metallic, some yoghurt. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: acidic start, bit funky, lots of raspberries indeed.
