Sèche, fraîche et très florale, elle réconcilie tout le monde avec les IPA. C’est sans aucun doute la star des pintes en terrasse.

From Colmar, a decent white IPA, not so fruity, comparing some Americans, citrus, dry, good bitterness, well balanced, 14.04.19, buying it, in one beer shop, Colmar, tasting it for the lips, at Epalinges.

27/XII/24 - on tap @ Bendorf brewery (Strasbourg), BB: n/a (2024-1314)

Clear blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: floral, funky touch, yeasty, spicy, dry, soapy impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: weird, this tastes like seafood, shrimp to be more precise. Pretty bitter, dry, some citrus, soapy, floral notes. Aftertaste: more bitterness, a bit resinous, hoppy, grassy, very bitter finish, ok but not great.

Very hazy yellow colour, large dense white head; aroma and taste of intensive fruity (peach, pear and grape), tropical fruity (mango) and citrusy (orange and lemon peel), as well as some bread crusty and biscuity notes; some spicy celery aftertaste; great IPA

4/3/2020. Bottle at Bières Cultes - Rue des Halles, Paris. Poured yeast in, making it a murky mustard gold with a good size white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruits. Moderate sweetness, bitterness, tartness and body. Nice fruity bitter finish, a refreshing brew.

Calls itself a White IPA. Pours murky from the bottle with a large, foamy white head. There was some disagreement about the color—I said pink, CEI said orange, and Silke said used dishwater. A bit unusual. Aroma is more floral than fruity with touches of aloe vera and banana. Taste is quite bitter with grapefruit notes, stays the same through the finish, though the end does have a light spice to it. Body is medium with a prickly carbonation. Light, watery notes. Overall—pretty good.

Bottle shared. Cloudy light golden with white head. Quite some orange, light yeast, fresh dough, quite some apple too, a bit of grapefruit peel. Under medium sweet and bitter. Just medium bodied with mineral water feel and a bit fizzy carbonation. Decent but not my favorite Bendorf beer.
