Bottle. Floral, funky, tart, grapefruit and peaches and some elderflower int he nose. Hazy pastel yellow. Lovely peach flavor with grapefruit and citrus tartness. Wow, this is stellar. Perfectly balanced. I could drink the whole 75 cl in no time. The peaches and the fermentation both are superb.

Wildflower St.Abigail 2022 5.5% Cloudy light straw gold with a wisp of eggshell white foam. The aroma is a flowery tart acidity. Very dry light body. Tart and acidic with luscious peach sweetness in the aftertaste. Great subtle complexity.
