Bottle from Lidl, Mirfield. Brighter golden cider, inoffensive in its strength, but packs in a fair amount of apple flavour for it, which has a sweetness.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head that goes down quickly. Aroma is vanilla, custard, a touch funky. Taste is vanilla, caramely, a touch funky. Fizzy carbonation. Ok, too sweet for me.

Also sampled from 0.75 l bottle from local ’LIDL’ as ’Duc De Coeur Cidre de Normandie mild’ thanks to sjogro. Clear golden with no head. Sweet apple juice, sugary apple, light moss and dust, brown sugar, light minerals and sulphites. Medium sweet. Light bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. Drinkeable.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle from local ’LIDL’ as ’Duc De Coeur Cidre de Normandie mild’. Clear, golden yellow with a fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, minimally sourish, quite fruity aroma of ripe apples, some wood and hints of hay. Quite sweet, a bit sourish, very fruity taste of ripe apples, just some wood and traces of pear, followed by a short, minimally woody-tart finish. Thin body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay!

750ml bottle from Lidl, Darlington. Sparkling deep golden yellow colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of fruity apple. Taste is apple, sweet, juicy, some tartness. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry and sweet finish. OK.
