330ml bottle picked up at Vinmonopolet Langnes. A small sized, fawn-coloured head resting over a near-black body with a deep rustic shade. Spotty lacing. Inviting roasted malty aromas with a biscuit scent. Well blended taste of roasted dark malts, ash, coffee and a backdrop of dried fruits. Nicely roasted bitter end. Well bodied. Pleasant sipper on a dark Saturday eve. (Tromsø 15.09.2018).

Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Drukket på Lillehøgda. Svart. Middels høyt skum med litt farge. Spotlacing. Aroma av kaffe & lakris. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken balansert. Røstet malt. Kaffe. Lakris. Litt tørr etter hvert. Koseøl.

Fra flaske på Mi2 Cardinal, sept-18: brunsvart med flott skum som varer. Nydelig aroma og smak med dessertkaffe, Sachertorte, franskbrent espresso, mørke sjokolader og muligens et hint av kreosot. Elegant kropp og lekker bitterhet. Lang, mørk ettersmak med kaffe (og noe urteaktig?). Den beste til nå fra Jåttå,, og med rikelige mengder mersmak. Harrlega London så go'e.

From bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 03.09.18. Dark brown. Pale brown head. Decent aroma of dry wood, charcoal, creosote and pine. Better taste, with bitter pine, bitter grapefruit, bitter freshly roasted coffee and tar.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours black with little beige head. Aroma of coconuts, chocolate, coffee. Tastes pretty sweet with some bitterness. Medium bodied, roasted finish.
