Aus der Flasche im 2024-05 getrunken. Dieser trübe, goldene Cidre kommst einer interessanten Balance an bitteren und sauren Apfelaromen daher, die im Abgang durch einer leichten Süße abgerundet.

Bottle. Almost clear golden. Sweet apple, light funk, quite 'green', dusty, old wet wood, cellar. Just medium sweet, light tart and bitter. Medium bodied, medium dry. Quite interesting stuff, but not great.

0.75 l bottle from 'Super U' (Seltz), 5.5% abv. Clear, golden with a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently fruity, a little musty aroma of ripe apple, walnut and light wood with a touch of barnyard. Slightly sweet, gently dry, quite fruity taste of ripe apple, walnut, wood and traces of barnyard, followed by a short, a little tart, gently dry, slightly woody finish. Thin body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Solid cidre.

75cl bottle from Auchan. Thanks Auchan. Pours clear gold, small but persistent white head. Aroma is sweet French cider apple fruit. Taste is familiar french sweet cider apples with a light raw orchard fruit feel. Very decent.

75 cl bottle @ hotel room. Aroma is a bit acidic and sour with some gastric acid and apples. Flavour has alcohol, some leathery apples and a bit staple remover. Drinkable.

0,75 cl Bottle at Camping Kost-Ar-Moor. Hazy orange golden with active bubbles and no head retention. Fresh apples, appleskin, medium sweet, lively carbonation, little bit dry. No funk, no sour, just sweet apples and some appleskin dryness. Very nice and balanced but also a bit boring. Has a sticker saying "Médaille d’Or Paris 2016 - Concours Géneral Agricole - Ministere de l’agriculture et de l’alimentation".

75cl bottle, slightly gushing. Fresh and tart nose. The cider starts nice tart and fruity. Lots of apples there, fresh and intense. The body is not too deep but has a nice balance of fruitiness and dryness without being too sour. Fresh tart aftertaste with nice tannins, medium-long, nice dry, great!
