Can from Meny. Clear, deep golden body under a fine off-white head. Not particular strong aroma of malt and citric fruit, a bit weak but nice. Taste is smooth, sweet malt, hint of biscuit, citric fruit and moderate bitterness that seems to be more into the direction of harsh in aftertaste. Not an exiting beer, but clean and smooth by the first sips, then some kind off bitter, harsh off flavor. Strange.

033 boks fra Gulating Stavanger, hjemme: klar kobberaktig rav med fint skum som varer. Interessant krydret humlepreg både i aroma og smak, jeg fornemmer hint av bl.a. muskat og kardemomme - kan det være Apollohumlen som bidrar til dette, eller har de tilsatt noe krydderier? Citrahumlen holder det hele på plass. En ny (og endelig en riktig god) butikkøl fra Mack, denne drikker jeg gjerne hele året.

Can, 16 months before bbd. Pours clear dark golden, with a creamy head. Aroma is sweet citrusy hops with candied orange peel, tangerines and some notes of cloves, as well as malts with caramels. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is hoppy orange peel and fruity, herbal notes, as well as malty notes with caramels and kandi sugar.

Can. A clear dark golden to amber colored beer with a dense off-white head. Light aroma, fruity and caramel malty, with a light touch of pine cones and Christmas spices. There's a light bitterness in the flavor, not on a pale lager level though, with bready, caramel malts and a generic fruityness. Subtle spice flavor. Medium body and a pleasant carbonation. Fruity, lightly malty finish. Nothing special going on here, but at least it's clean. 171222
