Bottle. Unclear golden body with a big, dense off-white head. Very nice aroma of citric fruit, oranges, tangerine and pale malt with a yeasty touch. Flavor has lots of oranges, tangerine, orange zest, citric fruit in general, yeast and moderate but balanced bitterness that gets more pronounced in the aftertaste. Fine balanced body and tasty, quite strong aftertaste. Nice one.

Shared 330 ml bottle. Deep golden to orange colour. Lovely aroma of Mandarina hops and orange peel, some spicy yeast. The flavour is also yeasty (but not too much), again with notes of tangerine and mild spices. Decent hops. By far the best beer I've had from Qvart so far.

Drikker gjerne denne igjen.

330ml bottle, batch 163, bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. A snow white head over a warm golden body with a slight haze. Lacing rings down the glass. Yeasty fruitiness on the nose, grainy malts beneath. Rather rich taste profile of orange, yeast and bread, lightly spiced. Restrained tartness towards the ending. Pretty alright. (Tromsø 11.10.2017).

15.09.2017, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Big fizzy-creamy longlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is slightly dry funky citrusy, pine needles, citrus peel, brett, herbs, flowers, yeast, cloves, grass, pepper corn, elderflower, hay lemongrass. Taste is slightly dry and fresh yeasty, brett, pine needles, minerals, leafs, herbs, flowers, citrus peel, cloves, grass, bark, fruit stones, pepper corn, dough. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry citrusy mouthfeel. Nice one, will probably fit very well with various fatty Christmas food...

Bottle. A mostly clear dark golden colored beer with a dense, finger-thick off-white head. Lightly funkyish aroma with some yeast, typical kveik. Earthy, mouldy and peppery, piney and orangey with a faint malty touch. Strange at first, but actually very nice. It’s full to medium bodied, nicely carbonated and quite dry, with a decent bitterness. Orange zest, pine cones, some bready malts and a earthy, spiced yeastyness. Lasting dry finish with little impact from the malts, it’s the hops and yeast that run this show. Sure an interesting beer, really fine too, but if I am to drink several glasses, I’d prefer Palmekyst or some other IPA with a standard beer yeast. 170803
