Bottle, backlog June 2018. Clear golden body under a small, thin white head that fades fast. Mild malty aroma with a fruity touch. Taste is medium sweet malty, slightly fruit without much bitterness. Quite plain, straight forward typical old school British bitter. Had one previously from cask @ The Crown, Penzance and remember it as fresher but did not take any notes then.

Wakefield Beer Festival 2016. Golden with a glow. Has a grainy character, with this dominant in both its aroma and taste, although there’s a hoppiness about it too.

Hand pulled cask ale, half pint, shared with Finn at Fortescue Hotel. A warm golden body, low white head, dotted spots on the glass. Grassy hops and citrus on the nose. Mixed taste of orange, lemon and biscuit malts. Leafy bitterness to the ending. Tasty brew with session qualities (Plymouth 22.09.2016).

Pale in colour. A light beer with a citrus bitterness from Cascade hops. Golden with a decent, white, head. Citrus hops with a floral edge, sweetish tangerine fruits, some biscuity malts and a dryish finish. Enjoyable.

Cask@The Waterfront Bar & Restaurant, Streatham, London - Gold pour with healthy white head. Fruity and zesty both in aroma and taste. Floral and herbal nuances and nice malt character. Refreshing with medium bitter finish. Nice
