On tap @ Lillehammer bryggeri. Pours dark golden, with a big creamy head. Aroma is sweetish and fruity, with apricots, orange peel, malt, toffee and a diacetylic feel. Body is normal with soft carbonation. Flavour is a step up with a hoppy bitterness from orange peel and grapefruit, as well as balancing malts and a long bitter grapefruity finish. A straight forward, even though a bit boring, take on an English IPA.

On tap @ Cardinal. Unclear golden with a moderate sized off-white head. Moderate fruity aroma with some caramel malt. Flavor is quite light malty, some caramel, light fruity and medium bitterness. Medium body and moderate in aftertaste. Drinkable, but not the best balances and fairly rather medium and moderate all the way.

Duft av eik og citrusfrukter. Dunkel gulbrun farge. Tynt sittende skum.

Ingen pint-ipa.

Some citrusy armona, more citrus and bitter grape fruit stones in taste. Lingering bitterness of same. OK IPA, but too much bitter grape fruit.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy orange colour, large white head. Pleasant sweetish aroma, notes of floral and fruity hops. Smooth and refreshing flavour, some sweetness but not too much, floral and fruity hops again, while a sharpish bitterness sets in only in the finish and aftertaste. Pretty good beer.

400ml, 5.7% abv, from tap, served at the right drinking temperature at the brewhouse. Lasting off-white head, great lacework. Cloudy amber coloured body. Rich and fresh aroma of leafy hops and caramel malts. Taste fine with citrus shells, dried fruits added by a touch of chocolate and caramel malts. Dry bitter sweet ending. Fine bodied. A well made IPA in the British style (Lillehammer, 15.02.2013).

Appearance: Cloudy brownish color with a small tan head. Ok lacing.
Aroma: A bit sweet malty and fruity(plum side).
Palate: Medium body. A bit sweet and a fine bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Rich fruity, hoppy and a deep malt base.
Overall impression: A bit unusual IPA. A mix between east Europe and west coast IPA. Nice that they try it "their own way". A little higher carbonation would be nice. If I had this in a British pub I would have gone for this the rest of the evening.
Personal stats: On tap @ source.
