Medium beige head. Clear deep brown body. Perfumy lavender and spice aroma with syrupy notes. Sweetish-dry lavender and cardamom taste with caramelly buttery notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, slightly hot mouthfeel. Dry buttery cardamom, wood and cinnamon aftertaste wooden caramel notes. Interesting and unusual. Heavily spiced, but somehow it works. (0.25l draft at Amundsen, Oslo.)

Tilbakelent humleprofil. Brygget sammen med Ignacio "Nacho" Servantes fra Port Brewing og Tom Alfred fra Amundsen.

On tap @ Kick. Clear, deep, reddish amber body with a small off-white head. Nice and exiting spicy aroma with cinnamon, fruit, caramel malt and spicy yeast and ester. Flavor is sweet malt, caramel, a hint of toast, spices, dark fruit and pleasant bitterness. Fine body and a good, spicy aftertaste. A fine, moderate spiced beer with nice fruit and good balance. Could even suit those who are not too keen about spicy ales.

From tap at Amundsen Bryggeri & Spiseri, 250ml in a tulip glass. Good looking with a deep dark amber coloured body. Low, beige head. Spiced malt-fruity aromas. Brittle caramel malty flavours mingled with dark fruits. Spicy, semi-dry ending. A well bodied and well-crafted brew (Oslo 12.02.2014).
