Regular consumed as Salmekyst at different occasions. A very nice and refreshing session IPA with a fine grapefruit, passion fruit and a little bit of grapes in aroma. Balanced flavor with medium sweetness from pale malt, lots of fruity hops (when fresh) and good bitterness. Impressive taste and balance for only 4,5% ABV.

Growler. Unclear golden body with a fine white head. Fine, distinct and refreshing aroma of citric fruit, grapefruit, passion fruit, mango, grapes, hint of pine and some fruity yeast. Flavor has the same complex hoppy fruitiness, grapefruit, passion fruit, mango, white wine grapes, soft pale malt and balanced bitterness. Medium body and quite long lasting aftertaste of the same complex fruity bitterness. A very nice, really tasty and super refreshing session IPA, nothing that could offend anyone and still a bit different from the regular bunch of session IPA’s. It’s a quite big amount of summer going on here. I guess it’s important to have it quite fresh to get the best experinece here, but today this is close to amazing at only 4,5%

330ml bottle, Batch 206, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsø. Huge snow white head fading over a next to clear golden body, Patchy lacing on the glass. Moderate peachy aroma with bread-like malts. Rounded taste profile of peaches, mid-sweet orange, and bread. Citric endnotes. A bit thin and soft in the mouth. Fair enough. (Tromsø 20.08.2018).

Growler, 2ltr. It’s an almost clear beer, peachy to golden in color and with a dense, two-finger white head on top. Cute lacing. The aroma is mostly on the tropical side, with peaches, passionfruit, elderflower, some orange and sharon fruit. A vague touch of malts in the back, with a nice touch of the yeast. Presume it’s the yeast though. It’s smooth on the palate, semi-dry and medium bodied, with a gentle bitterness in the back. Mostly fruity flavor, where you find the same elements as in the aroma, with a hint of black pepper and some more focus on peach. A subtle touch of pine cones chime in towards the very end. I wouldn’t mind more bitterness in this one, perhaps I should’ve stopped at 3.6, but it’s a very tasteful and easy drinkable beer that I hope will see the stores and pubs during the summer as well. 161221
