From tap at Speciaalbier Café De Markies, Leeuwarden. Aroma is light wheaty malt with soft hops, mild fruity, some grass, citrus peel. Easy beer, above moderate bitterness. Medium body. Enjoyable.

Bouteille 33cl ~@ Raku, Curça, BB 11/2019, lot# 17/174. Dorée sur léger voile, col fin blanc. Arôme au nez finement malté, cara pâle sur note pils, houblonné un peu fruité, rétro fin grains concassés. Palais sur touche de grains, le tout est un peu sec, fleuri houblonné plutôt sur lignée noble avec petite pointe rappelant le mielleux et fleurs sauvages. Grains revient en retrait. Classique mais bien ficelée.

33cl bottle on 4th Aug 2016: brought back from the RBESG in Barcelona and shared with minutemat. Lot of sediment in this wheat beer, hazy light amber body, white topping. Spicy and wheaty with an orange peel flavouring in the bitter hop taste. Different and almost interesting.

330ml bottle shared with blackhaddock in his man cave. Pours hazy amber, small white head. Aroma is pithy orange. Taste is bright, soft and flavoursome, hints of orange and caramel, light bitter finish. Ok.

Bottle at home. Slight hazy golden with off white head. Sweet caramel maltyness, raw cocoa, lime, grassy, light bready and some paper. Under medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Probably the same beer as the other Rossa that’s on Ratebeer.
