On tap at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Black pour with a tan head. Nose is chocolate biscuit, nuts, toffee, caramel, flat cola. Rich flavours of liquorice, nutty caramel, more chocolate biscuit, toffee, nuts. Quite a spiritesque hit in the foretaste leading to a nutty biscuity aftertaste. Rich warming interesting brew.

Pours black, small tanned head. Scent is full, reminds me of peanut almost. Chocolate. very sweet impression (or expectation, as I know the series) Taste is full, sweet, chocolate, caramel (toffee) , very fullflavored. As others in the series, this is just a bit too sweet and simple though. Than again, as far as dessert in a can goes, this is one of the better ones to me.

Can @ Belgian Summer Gathering Sept' 21, Evergem. Merci Dylan.

11/IX/21 - 33cl can @ BBGG Summer Edition (Klaas & Liesbeth's place), BB: 5/X/21 (2021-1033) Thanks to kraddel for sharing the can!

Clear deep brown to black beer, practically no head. Aroma: lots and lots of peanuts (wtf?), dry, toasted, caramel, bit sugary, sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: soft roast, lots and lots of caramel, bit dry, salty touch, roasted, some chocolate. Aftertaste: roasted, chocolate, peanuts, funky, sweet, carmel, more peanuts, nice! Surprised about all the peanut flavour though?

Panda at home, thanks to Fergus, 27/03/21. Black with a tan cap that soon dissipates. Nose is chocolate, big hazelnut, mellow roast, caramel, dried fruit esters. Taste comprises cocoa powder, salted caramel notes, brown sugar melt, chocolate coated popcorn, light roasted bite. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Decent pastry affair ... doesn't get too sweet and carries off the theme will with a nice little buzz of alcohol offered.
