(Draft at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels, 18 Sep 2025) Red colour with foamy pinkish tan head. Fruity nose with notes of black-currant, blueberries, strawberries and red-currant. Fruity, tart taste with black-currant, red-currant, blueberries, red fruit and a touch of barnyard. Hardly any bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tart and fruity, with lots of berries. Very nice.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas - Olambic Games, pours a cloudy bright red, no head. Nose has plenty of currants, mixed berries, intense acidity, and moderate barnyard funk. Flavour is likewise intensely acidic—with tons of berries and currants—light funk, and finishing musty and acidic. A bit too enamel-stripping for me but there’s nice complexity.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas for the Olambic Games. Pours hazy ruby with no head. Berry medley on the nose. Flavour has tart berries, a bit of funk, a bit grassy. I don't love the profile, but it's clean enough.

Clear-hazy red, stable, small, foamy, pinkish head. Aroma of blueberry, blackberry, wild raspberry, unripe strawberry, rosehip, musty wood, sherry, yoghurt. Taste has sour raspberry, redcurrant & blackberry along herbal rosehip, bitter berry skins in a tart yoghurty malt body with funky brett & wood notes. Tart, dry finish of berry skin, berry juice (blueberry mostly) and wood, all in all lending a rosé-like effect. Medium body, moussy texture, average carbonation. Complex and delicately balanced.

Bottle, gusher. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is good berries, nice funk, a dash tobacco. Taste is the same, nice complexity, champenoise carbonation, good character!

Gusher alert ! pours hazed amberblonde. no lasting head. Scent is full, earthy berries. Dry, sharp lambic. Taste is sharp, earthy berries, very dry. Woody and sharp lambic. Strongly carbonated. Decent, but a bit generic.

Süffiger, spritzig säuerlicher Beginn. Mild beerig, leichte Herbe, rund. Wenn man die starke Karbonisierung beseitigt hat durchaus süffig, moderat bitter, langer Abgang. 10/11/10/11/10/10
