Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers! Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, a touch ashy with a hint mint. Taste is where more mint comes through with chocolate and a roasted finish.

Panda at home, thanks to the SHIG, 10/07/21. Black with a well presented tan covering. Nose is dark malts, light roast, minted tones, chocolate, charr, spice. Taste comprises chocolate chip mint ice cream, light roast, cacao nibs. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Pulls off the mission quite well.

Keg @ The Pub, Hebden Bridge (formerly Calans). Black with an off-white head. Its mint is light but lingers long so comes across fuller than it perhaps is. It also provides a sweetness, and is a smooth pour.

More subtle, mint-wise, than the pale, but a very nice beer.
