Our big full of flavour Extra Special Bitter, to be enjoyed carefully as it is a lot easier to drink than it's 7.2% ABV would have you believe.

Cask-conditioned, on gravity at the Nailsea and Backwell beer and cider festival, 16/7/2016. Golden in colour and with a slight, off-white, head. Dried fruits, ripe cereal malts, some caramel and a rapsing, boozy, finish. So so.

Cask @ O’Connell’s Irish Pub, Tampere. Rated on 10.06.2011
Aroma is sweet with caramel and hints of alcohol. Flavour has caramel, alcohol and sweet malt. The alcohol stings at first, then creates a good body for the beer and warms at the finish. Too much alcohol here, but this is somehow interesting brew anyway.

Cask @ Pullman Bar, Helsinki 3.6.2011. Poured amber color with no head. Leather, malt and alcohol in aroma. Sticky. Lots of alcohol in flavor, fruity, malty and slightly sweet. Dry finish. Way too much alcohol in this otherwise quite interesting brew.

Cask (handpump) at the Darlington Spring Thing Beer Festival. ABV is 7.2%. Amber colour, moderate head. Fairly nice aroma, some fruit and malts. The flavour has also fruit and malts, but is not too sweet. Decent hops in the finish.
