Kompakt, orange färg. Inget skum. Syrlig doft med inslag av blast, morötter och råa rödbetor. Sur smak av omogna körsbär och blodgrape. Morötterna dyker upp på slutet. Förvånansvärt god.

Purchased at Mikkeller NYC and shared at a bottleshare: pours clear orange with no head. Aroma is a hint of carrot and funk. Taste is candy sweetness, not too sour, earthy and funky aftertaste.

Bottle at share. Pours orange brown. Orange, earthy, sweet tangerine, honey, tart, good funk. Medium body. Remarkably well balanced.

Bottle at Hundholmen, Bod�. The colour is slightly hazy amber with no head. Lots of apple cider vinegar in the aroma along with lemon, hay and apricot candy. A little sweet in the background. The flavour is sweet and fruity at first with lots of apricots, candy, vinegar and herbs. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Interesting. Not so much carrot, but distinct apricot. Balanced, relatively sweet and a little odd flavour.

Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, dough, horse blanket, tart, sour, sweet carrot, light vinegar. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, caramel, sweet carrot, leather, sugsary, dough, light vinegar. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
