Can. BBE a year ago! Oh well! Hazy yellow gold beer, big bubbly off white head. Palate is airy and mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Fluffy and slightly thin malts provide a modest sweetness, just enough for this particular brew. Nice yellow grapefruit, no acid, blends well with a light bretty funky vibe. A little smooth pine. Light touches of orange and tangerine before a dry crispy finish that finds the funk getting slightly savoury and mildly bitter. Solid beer and still bright and drinkable. Cans rock!

Can at home in Hackney - picked up at the Experiment. Pours murky yellow-gold with a frothy, white head. Lots of pleasant citrus pithy character, nips of chalky hops, pine needles, dried pale malts, a hint of yeast, lemon peel. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pithy finish, more zesty citrus, mellow rindy bitterness, dry pale malt sweetness. Nicely dry overall. Quite drinkable.

Flavour is composed of rustic grains, straw, bubble gum, light brett, hint of pineapple. Paalte is grainy, frothy carbonation, crisp finish. Good stuff.
