Its caramel and biscuit malt flavouring paired with English hops give it a fruity, yet dry and bitter finish.
A classic ale enjoyed in the modern day.

Matteo’s Ciao @ Craft Islington. Thanks to Chris. Almost clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and dry, decent carbonation. Sweetish malts. Tangy apple. Bitterish citric peel. Light dry finish. Not good.

Tried at the Peterborough Beer Festival 2016. As Ampthill Brewhouse IPA. Amber colour with a white head. Seemed more bitter than IPA to me. Aroma flight fruit and floral. Taste caramel then bitter sweet.
