Cask at the Maypole, Cambridge, 19/07/22. Chestnut brown with a beige head that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is nutty, brown bread, dried fruits. Taste comprises toffee, stewed fruits, brown bread, baking powder. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, light drying close. Rather muted compared to TBM's usual output.

28/10/2021. Cask at the 2021 Norwich Beer Festival. Pours clear mid brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, hop, nut, fruit, touch of chocolate, earthy edge. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Nice bittersweet finish. Enjoyable.

Cask at Norwich Beer Fest: Poured a brown with a beige head. Aroma is malty, nutty, rich. Taste is rich roasted malts, nutty, underlying chocolate, full body.

Cask at the Pint Shop, Cambridge on 28th May 2021. Clear amber with shallowing off-white foam and full lacing. Spicy, hoppy aroma with pungent notes. Rich and intense maltiness in-mouth, and a satisfying nutty, malt finish. Full bodied with an engaging texture. Superb. 8.5.8.4.17 Re-rating October 2022 Cask at Hops d’Amour, Coventry on 26th October 2022. Coppery brown with pale tan foam and spot lacing. Caramel malt aroma and liquid pass, with hints of nuttiness. A toasty malt finish. Light bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. 6.4.6.3.14

On tap at Jolly Fisherman Hastings. Clear dark brown colour lasting beige head. Best bitter. Some biscuit. some sweetness from malt. some Englsih hop finish. milk chocolate not much bitterness. ok

Cask at the Peterborough beer Festival 2018. A clear amber copper coloured pour with a loose greyish white head. Aroma is rustic brown bready malts, floral notes, elderflower, gooseberry. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, brown malts, brown bread, grassy hop, hedgerow hop. Palate is semi sweet, grains, drying finish. Not bad.

Chelmsfaaarhd winter beer festival. Cask in KEGS. Clear deep amber beer, small pale tan head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Tangy caramel malts, little unsweet toffee. Tea! Light ripe citrus and a touch of spice on the finish. Flavoursome but ripe.

Cask @ Chelmsford Beer Festival. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, malt, hops, flowers and has a nice hoppy finish.
