2/12/2022. Bottle bought at the brewery. Pours clear bright golden amber with a small frothy off-white head. Good looking beer. Aroma is sweet, malty, biscuit, floral, caramel, citrus. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Slightly oily, with soft carbonation. Nice bittersweet finish. Nicely done.

Calderdale Beer Festival 2017. Golden in colour and mainly hoppy. There’s some malts and some sugars in its nose. Medium to full bodied.

Bottle from Archer Road Beer Stop, Sheffield. Re - branded as Champions Pale Ale, to celebrate Chesterfield FC winning the league. Pale gold. Filmy, sticky, white head. Sweet, fruity malt. Grassy hop. Light toffee. Taste is grassy dry. Light sweetness. Light bitter. Soft, creamy palate. Finish is light, long bitter. Very fresh. Very easy drinking.

Cask, handpump at The Hop Pole, Aylesbury, Bucks, 21-04-10 Pours warm gold with a slim white head. The aroma is slight but there is a little maltiness detected. A flurry of bitterness initially but smoothed out by some honey sweetness, medium fruitiness, its a nice beer. A6 A5 F7 P4 Ov13 3.5
