Bottle from B&M, Sowerby Bridge. Amber with next to no head. Full-bodied and fruity, feeling a tad stronger than its strength would suggest.

Bottle from B&M. Pours an amber/gold colour with a medium sized white head. Aroma is well hopped alongside caramel malt and touch of citrus. Good level of hoppy bitterness. Exceeded my expectations this one.

Bottle from Crafty Pint. Appearance - bright copper with a nicely proportioned head. Nose - light toffee and citrus but mostly grainy. Taste - toffee, oranges and dry biscuit. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly good finish. Overall - solid and interesting if a little unbalanced.

330ml bottle. I was a bit worried about this from some of the notes, but I really like it. Deep gold colour white head. Aroma has toffee, the taste has pine hops and buttery toffee. Nice.

33oml bottle: BBD Jun 15. The second of the three criminal beers I am drinking tonight. Poured into a ’Good People’ badged glass from Birmingham, Alabama just for kicks and laughs. Clear light amber body with a full white head of even foam. Malt lead in both the nose and taste, lightly roasted/toasted malts in fact. Semi-sweet feel to the brew with mild fruit notes and a slight late bitterness with a drying aftertaste that lingers. The rear label mentions a subtle citrus flavours, well they were too subtle for me to pick up! This was a whole lot better than the ’Fraudster’, I hope the third and final criminal ’Gangster’ improves even on this.

Bottle courtesy of dad, (cheers dad) consumed at Isobels, Saturday 11th October 2014 shared with dad & Baz Pours mid/dk amber. Like the other beer from this brewery the aroma smelt a tad pasteurised with toffee and soapy hops also noted. Very much like other beer in that there is too much toffee and very little in the way of hops. Rather boring I’m afraid. A6 A3 T6 P3 Ov11 2.9
