Bottle at home. Aroma is roasted malt, dark fruits, cherry, vanilla, dark chocolate, hoppy notes, some coffee. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a surprisingly potent medium bitter finish. Medium bodied. Certainly a pleasant bittersweet fruity chocolate Oatmeal Stout.

Bottle, archival at ČP. Pitch black body, tan head, quite creamy. Sweetish, tart aroma mixing red grapes and dark malts. The taste is much more stouty, creamy, coffee and chocolate notes mixing with red grapes - ah, so it was aged with sherry barrel chips! Makes sense. Dark bread malty notes show up too, lightly tart at the end. This seems to have held up quite well, props for that! Interesting in any case.

Bottle, 7.6%. Roasted malt aroma, cardamom? Very dark brown colour, seems cloudy. Small stable frothy light brown head. The flavour also has some cardamom, vanilla, chocolate or perhaps Nesquick. Fairly complex, bordering on medicinal. I cannot make up my mind whether it tastes of roasted nuts or burnt plastic. But quite good still. Nutty finish.

Tap@Taphouse 3rd Year Anniversary Week, Copenhagen - black coloured pour with beige head. Sweet and medium roasted malty aroma and taste, with some chocolate, caramel, hoppy backing, some nice sherry soaked oak wooden accents, with a vanilla caress into the close.
