12oz bottle from Koht in Tallinn, pours a watery cola brown with some clumpy, white head. Nose has some nuttiness, malt, some smoked sausage. Flavor is oily, nuty, malt, toffee, mild booze. Thin oily finished. Dare I say, washed out?

Bottle shared in CBC Clerks on Cad's leaving do. Cheers to nimbleprop. Pours deep brown with a frothy, tan head. The nose holds well roasted malts, cocoa, dried dark fruits. Medium sweet with vague dark malt character, some burnt bits, more cocoa. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Decent balance in the finish, with notes of ashy roast, more chocolate, earth. Good stuff.

Keg at Craft Clerko. It pours black with a small beige head. The aroma is sweet, oily, fruity, dried fruits, spice, toffee, oily booze, rum baba, toasted nut and earth. The taste is dry, earthy, damp wood, leather, black tea, chewy malt, toasty nut, fruity, tannin, warming alcohol and burnt plastic with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Aroma way better than taste. Not much depth.

On tap. Almost black color. Aroma: caramel, esters, dried fruits, wine. Caramel and dried fruit taste, raisins, slightly nuts, oak.

33cl bottle. Pours almost black with a mid-sized most good lasting tan head. Aroma of dark red fruits, wood, some alcohol and dark roasted malt. Taste of dark roasted malt, dry malt, wood, rum, some red fruits, flat body.
