As in the Belgian tradition of brewing Christmas beers, this is our very own version. It is added with orange peel and raisins. The aromas are warming and captivating and swing from nutty to citrus and slight hints of honey. Mouthfeel starts with caramel and honey flavors and lead to cherry and currant flavors with a delicate bitter finish.

Almost black in colour with a hint of red. Arome of dark caramel and prune cake. Good taste, that that is reminiscent of both dark Belgian trappist ale and old ale of the UK.

Cloudy red - brown beer, good pale cream coloured head. Slightly frothy palate with mild prickly carbonation. Nice malt - has a honey streak. Mild floral orange. Semi dry finish. Nicely joined up and pleasantly off the beaten track.

Hazy brown with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of orange peel, and bready malt. Sweetish flavour with some orange peel and a heavy, almost doppelbock-like malt profile, along with a touch of alcohol
