This is a limited edition of our most famous dark beer enriched with a fine whisky note. The Whisky Wood variant is a drier and stronger version of Fortuna Czarne. It combines the best features of the classic version with wood notes and the large variety of liquors. The beer owes it to maturing with flakes from whisky casks.

0.50l bottle. Aroma of chocolate, wood, whiskey, dried fruit and mild alcohol. Pours almost black color with thick soapy light brown head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with sweet roasted malt, nuts and chocolate, following is woody and dried fruity, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is average bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and soft to average carbonation in palate. Tastes good, just a bit too sweet…

Barwa ciemna, piana intensywna jednak szybko opada. W aromacie nuty coli oraz delikatne nuty ciasteczkowe. W smaku podobnie jak w aromacie na pierwszym planie cola i słodycz. Nasycenie na średnim poziomie, alkohol dobrze schowany, goryczka na niskim poziomie jednak nut whisky w tym piwie nie uświadczyłem.

bottle from eBrowarium. Deep brown, almost black, with a beige fluffy head. Woody nostes, pleasantly malty, perhaps a tad on the sweet side, shy whisky and some dried fruit.
