Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours clear pale yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light fruit, faint white pepper. Taste is dry, light yeast and white pepper. Grassy finish. Ok.

Keg at The Hanging Bat. Hazy pale golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of straw, white wine and tonic water. Flavour of lime zest, peach and minerals. Thin body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Nice, but not as zingy as BBN’s finest Saisons.

Keg at brewdog merchant city. Pours hazy golden yellow, nose is banana, floral, herbal, taste is sweet, funky, zesty fruit.

Bottle at home on London - picked up a the brewery. Pours clear gold, effervescent, with a frothy, white head. Clean yeast in the nose, with light doughy wheat bread, citrus. Light-medium sweet flavor with some tangerine meringue, more doughy wheat bread, hints of lemon, angel food cake, soft grassy bitterness. Light bodied with lively, airy carbonation. Nicely balanced on the finish, with more angel food cake, wheat, tangerine, hay. Lovely stuff. Hugely drinkable.

Draft at the brewery, 5/27/16. Cloudy yellowish with a white head and streaky lacing. Nice yeast flavor, done subtle spice and a bit of fruit. Clean and enjoyable example of the style.

Keg at the brewery, taproom. A translucent golden yellow coloured pour with a a lasting white head. Aroma is zesty orange mineral, bug saison wheat, little line and seaweed. Flavour is composed of pale grains, light wheat, saison yeast, wheat. Spicy hop. Palate is doughy wheat, moderate carbonation, slightly tangy OK.

Keg at BBNo. It pours hazy golden with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy, ginger & lemon, apricot, bread and muffin. The taste is crisp, minerals, white bread, muffin, grass, apricot, cracker and dull spice with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Not a huge amount going on, but drinks easy.
