--Bottled at Pressklubben, Stockholm. -- Clear golden, small head. Aroma of lemon and jalapeño. Tart and citric with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Bell pepper and citric acid. Fairly low bitterness. The base beer is pretty basic, as far as lambics go. Could be awesome with better lambic base.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from online. Pours clear gold with a small, bubbly, white head. Lovely, nuanced character, with modest sweetness, delicious lightly tart citrus character, a bit of lime peel, subtle zest, touches of grass, lemon, relaxed acidity. Light bodied with delicate carbonation. Tart finish, lightly salty, with further citrus peel, mellow zest, nips of grass and pale wood. Super drinkable. Overall, loved it.

375ml bottle at home. From Etre most likely. The aroma is musty, funk, wet hay, feta, fragrant, peppery spice, floral, pot pourri, herbal accents, gooseberry and white currant. The taste is dry, tart, puckering, zingy, lemon - lime, fragrant, floral, spicy, peppery juniper, gooseberry, herbal, tart white grape, lactic and a kick of acidity with a dry, spiced finish. Medium body and lightly carbonation. A unique combination for sure. Works pretty well to be honest. Novel.

Bottle shared at home. Clear golden with white head. Deep funk, green pepper corns, sour wheat, dry basement funk, oak, herbal funk, line, grassy, soft lemon and sulphur with a tart lemon finish. Medium sour, light sweet and herbal. Solid medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. The funk and pepper corns really work well together. I really like this beer, lovely!

Poured from a 375 ml bottle. Aroma is lemon and pine, almost like a cleaner but also strangely comforting. Light funky, oak and a faint mustiness. Pours a rather clear, golden orange with a small, thin, white head that recedes to the edges where it lingers. No lacing or legs. Flavor is slightly acidic with a faint sweetness. Moderately strong lemon, citrus notes with some light, pine notes. Hints of mustiness and herbal funk. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, an interesting lambic with nice character, but the adjunct note is lightly chemical cleaner like. 640/
