11/XII/22 - 75cl bottle from Geers (I think?), shared with Ryan C. @ home, BB: n/a, bottled: 15/IV/20 (2022-1735)
Clear ruby red beer, small creamy off-white head, stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very funky, lots of cherries, dry impression, bit spicy, pretty nice! MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, very fruity, lots of cherries, nice clean acidity, juicy, spicy touch. Aftertaste: very sourish, lots of cherries still, bitter touch, some tannins.

Bottle shared. Slight hazy deep ruby. Massive cherries, cinnamon, soft funk, almonds, wheat. Medium sour, bit lighter sweet. Lovely.

Wisnia na kwasno, troche cierpko, teoche pestkowo, troche skorkowo... fajna wisnia, acz dzikosci niewiele. Duzo co2. Jeszcze nie jest jakies bardzo wytrawne. Aromat > smak, niemniej pyszka
