Bottled, thanks Teja! Almost clear golden, small head. Mildly citric apple aroma with some earthy funk. Tart and slender, mildly minerally. Light apple skin bitterness. Complex and tasty.

2018 bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is sweet red apples, vanilla. Taste is vanilla, red apples, gummibears. Almost chalky mouthfeel with foamy carbonation. About as good as sweet Cidre can get.

Bottle from Astor Wines. Weiss glass. Major foam, boarder line gusher. Hazed golden body. Lingering head. Herbal, medicinal, minerally, saline scent. Taste is delicately powdered sugar sweet, stone & mild barnyard funk. Mushroom-y, slightly celery-ish. A twinge of tartness, low acid, an easy bitterness beginning to creep through. Nitro-level smoothness. Finishes crispy. Different. Still undecided.

75cl bottle from a random crafts shop in Bulle. Pours gold with a light mist. Aroma is fresh, fruity, soft. Medium-sweet and clean on the palate, with pleasantly soft apple fruit shining through and a light almost custard-like sweetness. Soft bubbles. Very good, enjoyable blend with a gentle, understated character.

Bottle from Welschland, vintage 2016. Pours clear golden with a big head, rather short lived, but constantly bubbling thereafter. Aroma is apples, apple flesh, flour, floral. Body is medium, sweet and fruity, with a strong fizzy carbonation massaging the tongue, softly tart but not sour. Clean apple taste and really not much else, rather straight. Sweet palate as promised. Not overly complex, but a very good experience nonetheless.
