An intense creation with four times the usual ratio of lingonberries. Lingonberries are a wonderful tart little berry that we balanced with twice our regular amount of vanilla and maple. Brewed with lingonberries then accompanied by maple syrup, lactose sugar and rock salt.

(Can) Dark red colour, slightly hazy, with frothy, pinkish tan head. Fruity nose with lingonberries, maple syrup, treacle, vanilla and burnt sugar. Fruity, tart taste with notes of lingonberries, red fruit, cranberries, vanilla, maple syrup and a light saltiness in the finish. No bitterness. Medium body, quite sweet. The impressive amounts of lingonberries give a generous acidity, that balances out the vanilla and maple sweetness fairly well, making it quite a drinkable Bianca (they tend to be a bit sweet and heavy). Very nice.

Sample at Billie’s. Erosen savas, bogyosgyumolcsos, atszove egy intenziv, kisse fustos, es nagyon mu juharszirup aromaval. Testes, ragados, szines. Szokasos Omnipollo I’d say.

Can at Hatten. Deep red with soft serve head. Intensenly tart lingonberries upfront, some misc red berries. Strong maple syrup which lingers forever it seems. Unique, fun, but too tart to drink a lot.

Pours a dark purple, small pink head. Scent is pasty-typical, intense, maple, herbal-style berries. Taste is full, intense, more sour and not as thick as imagined. Maple contradicts the berries a bit, whom are to herbal for em as well. Not nearly as great as some of the other versions we had before.

Pours a dark purple and smells sour. Taste is actually pretty sour, sharp, with a good deal of lingonberry. Normally, you'd be fine, but this is supposed to be an Omnipollo pancake. Where's my lactose overkill? The maple is there, though, but still.
