Hand-pulled third of a pint on 18th October 2024, in the Cordwainer. Hazed golden look, white crown. Mango like nose and taste, other citrus fruits join in. Finish is more bitter than the start.

Cask at Square Bottle, Chester. Pours a cloudy dul orange with a small off-white head and good lacing. There’s floral hops, mango and citrus in the aroma. In the mouth it is sweet with a smooth creamy texture. Flavour of mango, floral hops and biscuits with hints of melon and autumn fruits coming through later. Finish is dry and slightly sticky. Not my sort of beer at all.

[Cask at the Hope Tap (JDW), Reading.] A slightly hazy pale amber pour with a tight cream head; light mango aroma; fresh fruity mango taste with a bready body; and a fruity bitterness to finish. Tasty.

Can from Booths Supermarket, Media City. Golden-amber with a thick frothy-bubbly head. Has a carbonation and sweetened hoppy mango notes in both aroma and taste, although subdued in the latter to a fair extent by its very dry in the palate aftertaste.
