Little cloudy deep ruby red to purple beer, small creamy pink head, little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, good brett character, some red wine notes, fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lovely, some cherries, tannins, fruity, lovely, soft acidity, pretty bitter, dry, bit soapy. Aftertaste: more tannins, dry, nice acidity, red wine notes. Decent one!

Bottle shared at Colin's place. Many thanks to Daniel osprey for this one. A hazed plummy red coloured pour with a small, off white pink head. Aroma is nice dry funk, musty funk, red grape, horsey, waxy. Flavour is composed of dry cranberry, mellow funk, red grape, lacto. Super dry prickly, highish carbonation, lingering bitter cranberry,.

Bottle shared in HW - big cheers to Danny. Pours unclear blood red with a foamy, light pink head. Light sweet flavour with moderate funk, red grapes, restrained acidity, some woody dryness. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, a little more woody dryness, some grass and funk, red currants. Very good stuff.

Pale pink head with beautiful deep cardinal red, nearly clear beer. Shoepolish, red fruit, I putteke /I, barnyard. Vinous flavours with serious acidity, red (sour) fruit, dark grapes. Mush from fruit and herbs, velvety mixed with most. Mild acidburn and -thinning. Almost undercarbonated, still refreshing. The nose is lacking - for 3 Fonteinen. Rest is great.

Flaska från 3F vinterpaket 2020. Klar, tjusigt varmröd med rosavit krona. Sträv med toner av druvskal, kryddiga fattoner, tanniner. Smakar av mörka druvor, tranbär, druvskal, druvstjälk. Nästan i strävaste laget.
