On tap at Cobolis Praha...RBESG 2109, day 2. as Bavorsky Inkvizitor XI. Hazy golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, caramel and light wheat in the nose. Light toasted malt, caramel, wheaty and mild fruity with notes of yeast and banana in the finish.

Draught @ Pivovar Cobolis as Bavorsky Inkvizitor XI, Prague. Pours slightly hazy orange with a white head, light lacings. Aroma wheat, yeast, light caramel, banana. Flavor is lightly sweet, malt, wheat, dusty, sweet fruity, banana. Medium body, soft carbonation, sweet finish. 250719

Tap at the brewery. Slightly more on the phenolic peppery side. Only quite light banana and esters. Full body and rather high carbonation though. Good but not great, clean, but lacks a bit of elegance.

On tap at Cobolis brewpub. RBESG2019. Murky amber, small off-white head. Aroma is quite heavily phenolic, smokey or burnt. Toasted malts underneath, esters subdued. Toasted bread, spice, cloves. Flavourful. Drinkable, medium body, soft carbonation. Slightly metallic, light finish with banana present.
