Cask at Nags Head. Half-pint shared with Finn. Clear warm golden body, patchy white head, fair lacing. A yeasty ester to a malt-fruity aroma. Malt-fruity flavours of mid-sweet grain and yeasty fruitiness to the ending. Okay, but perhaps not in its best condition. (Great Malvern 01.02.2020).

Can, oh yes a Hooky can, is this a first? Courtesy of Geraint and Helen, cheers you two. Consumed at home Thursday 28th February 2019 after a couple of hours of fitting a drawer fridge and now cooking a Spaghetti Bolognese and listening to Marc Riley on 6 Music. Pours light hazy, looks like a chill haze. Soft in the mouth, a touch of dusty hops, middling bitterness. Something between a bitter and a golden, it's a solid if safe beer.
