440 ml can, batch #255, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.7%. Hazy orange to reddish brown colour, moderate white (or slightly off-white) head. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits, pine and spruce. The flavour has pine needles and resin blended with orange marmalade and tropical fruits. Medium sweet, medium bitter.

Can. Unclear golden body under an off-white head. Nice fruity aroma, mostly tropical. Taste has sweet malt, juicy fruit, mild pale malt and some zesty bitterness. Medium body and refreshing aftertaste. Nice and easy NEIPA with decent taste.

440ml can, batch nr 255, shared by Finn. Bubbly, pearl white head over a cloudy orange-golden body. Lacing rings down the glass. Promising ripe citrus aromas, scent of dried fruits as well. Orange to the taste buds joined by moments of biscuit and stewed fruits. Resinous bittersweet finish. Likable without further excitements. (Rating session with Finn and djoeye at Finn's place, Tromsø 18.02.2021).

Can. An unclear orange colored beer with a minimal sized white head. Piney, grapefruity aroma with orange and a touch of pale malts. It’s full-bodied, nicely carbonated, semi-dry and bitter, with orange zest, pine cones and some grapefruit in the flavor, along with some bready hints. Lasting finish. The bitterness level is unusual for the style, but I like it. 210205

0,44 boks fra VP Kvadrat, hjemme: Iflg etiketten har de brukt Fairytale korn maltet for hånd av lidenskapelig kornbonde fra Skogn og mesket for hånd av Kaptein Rødskjegg, så da må det jo bli et smakseventyr! Uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. engelsk appelsinmarmelade, godt moden mango, hint av lime og en kort tur i regntung barskog. Kompleks, heftig og begeistret. Ikke eksplosiv, mer kontemplativ. Igjen et øl med personlighet fra Hogna.
